We're Here For the Community – Will You Stand With Us?

Every day, people experiencing homelessness and poverty face life-threatening conditions with nowhere to turn.

Every day, our outreach teams walk into encampments, with one mission: to care for the people the system has left behind.

Every day, our dedicated staff members greet people at our medical and dental clinics, our Harm Reduction & Treatment Center, and in local high schools, to deliver life-saving care for the most vulnerable people in our community.

With your help, we meet people where they are — with medical and dental care, mental health services, wound care, harm reduction, and life-saving crisis intervention.

We also provide survival supplies like tents, tarps, warm clothing, hygiene kits, and help individuals enroll in Oregon Health Plan, treatment programs, and vital social services.

💛 Your gift makes all of that possible.

Right Now, Social Services Are Being Cut. Communities Are At Risk. You Can Help.

Across the country, vital social service nonprofits are being forced to scale back, lay off workers, and say “no” to people who desperately need help. Not because demand has dropped — but because federal support has.

Social service nonprofits across the United States are confronting significant challenges due to recent federal funding cuts. These reductions have led to program closures, layoffs, and a heightened sense of urgency within the nonprofit sector. In response, organizations are implementing a variety of strategies to adapt and continue serving their communities. Despite these proactive measures, nonprofits face ongoing challenges:
  • Service Reductions: Some organizations have been forced to close programs or reduce staff, impacting the services available to vulnerable populations.
  • Uncertainty: The fluctuating nature of federal funding creates an unstable environment, making long-term planning difficult for nonprofits.
  • Increased Demand: As government support wanes, the demand for nonprofit services continues to rise, placing additional strain on already stretched resources.
